Summary
I started as a Senior Operations Specialist at Ansira at the beginning of February with the Subaru team. My responsibilities at first were analyzing advertisements (scripts, print, television, billboard, social media, etc.) and comparing them to the brand standards set by Subaru of America.
I was quickly given more responsibilities, working as the ‘apprentice’ to the teams Digital Media Expert by giving insights on digital media advertising and marketing that I had learned from my studies.
Later on, I was assigned to work phones- answering any questions dealers would have about the brand standards, submission process, declines, etc.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, I was furloughed at the start of May.

I was able to practice branding by studying the standards set by Subaru and exercising them as I analyzed these materials.
After I had analyzed various advertisements, I catalogued them into a database and contacted the individual dealers.
Moreover, I was assigned to help the team’s Digital Media Expert. There I helped give insight on Digital Advertising, Google Adwords, and Social Media for database entry.
During the COVID-19 outbreak I helped draft a presentation highlighting the benefits of digital advertising to be given to leaders at Subaru of America.
